What devices are eligible for trade-in?
Selected smartphones and tablets are able to trade-in, depending on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition.

Trade-in T&C
- All devices will undergo a thorough inspection before being accepted for trade-in.
- Price for “cracked-screen” or “repaired/replaced screen” devices will be provided on the crew has perform inspection.
- Kindly take note that price may differ from the table provided, depending on the extent of damage.
- Trade-in device must be able to be powered on or it will not be accepted.
- Trade-in devices must remove SIM or Find My [device] (iCloud Account) and Google ID lock (Google Account) before passing it over for inspection.
- Customer may trade in their device to purchase any Used / New item from the Retail Outlet.
- Customers are required to bring in their smartphone or tablet with the box and cable (if any).
- Trade-in is stackable with in-store promotions.
- iSyeikh reserves the right to amend the terms and condition at any time without prior notice.

Terma & Syarat
- Semua peranti akan menjalani pemeriksaan menyeluruh sebelum diterima untuk tukar-beli.
- Harga untuk peranti “skrin retak” atau “skrin yang dibaiki/diganti” akan diberikan setelah kakitangan kami melakukan pemeriksaan.
- Sila ambil perhatian bahawa harga mungkin berbeza daripada jadual yang disediakan, bergantung pada tahap kerosakan.
- Peranti mestilah berada dalam keadaan boleh dihidupkan atau ia tidak akan diterima.
- Keluarkan kad SIM, log out Find My [device] (iCloud Account) dan Google ID lock (Google Account) sebelum menyerahkannya untuk pemeriksaan.
- Pelanggan boleh menukar peranti mereka untuk membeli mana-mana item terpakai / baharu daripada pihak kami.
- Pelanggan digalakkan untuk bawa telefon pintar atau tablet mereka bersama kotak dan kabel asal (jika ada).
- Tukar-beli dibenarkan item promosi dibenarkan.
- iSyeikh berhak untuk meminda terma dan syarat pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
- Untuk maklumat lanjut, sila dapatkan bantuan daripada kakitangan di cawangan kami.
